Michael Kidd (born Milton Greenwald 12 August 1919) in Brooklyn, New York is an Jewish-American film and stage choreographer. His best-known work is likely Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, for which Kidd designed a series of energetic dances depicting ordinary frontier activities, most famously a barn raising.
Michael Kidd was both director and choreographer for the musical comedy film "Merry Andrew".
