Blockhead or blockheads can refer to several things:
- Blockhead, a theoretical computer system devised by Ned Block
- The rock band Ian Dury and the Blockheads, or the song "Blockheads" from that band's New Boots and Panties album.
- The hip-hop producer Blockhead.
- The Block-heads, antagonists from the Gumby television series.
- Preston Lions supporters.
- A 1938 film starring Laurel and Hardy.
- Circus sideshow performers, known as human blockheads, who perform apparently dangerous acts: for example, driving nails into their noses.
- Blockhead is also a derogatory description of a person, implying stupidity.
