Montagnais is a meteor crater located on the continental shelf south of Nova Scotia, Canada. The centre is estimated to be located at 42°53'N, 64°13'W.

Measuring 45 km in diameter, the crater's age is estimated to be 50.50 ± 0.76 million years (Paleocene). The crater is underwater and not exposed to the surface.
