Linklaters is an international law firm with headquarters in the UK and offices in 28 countries around the world. It specializes in a variety of legal disciplines.

It was a legal advisor leader in the 2003 league tables of worldwide completed mergers & acquisitions. As a "Magic Circle" firm, it shares market leader status in almost all its practice fields with Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Slaughter and May and Freshfields. Its blue chip clients include BP and Vodafone.
