Decatur Island is one of the San Juan Islands in Washington state, USA, located just east of Lopez Island across Lopez Sound. Named for Stephen Decatur, it is 3.6 square miles (9 km²) in area.

There is no Washington State Ferries service to Decatur; access is by boat or plane. Paraclete Charter Service, Island Express Charters and West Isle Air provides service to Decatur from Anacortes via private ferry and air. There are no public facilities other than one public boat ramp.

In addition to the three private communities on Decatur (Decatur Northwest, Decatur Shores, and Decatur Head), there are about 180 full-time residents, served by one general store and a school for first through eighth graders.

James Island State Park is just to the east of the island.
