This is a list of the extreme points of Portugal, the points that are farther north, south, east or west than any other location.

• Northernmost Point — Melgaço, Viana do Castelo
• Southernmost Point — Desertas Islands, Madeira
• Westernmost Point — Fajã Grande, Flores Island, Azores
• Easternmost Point — Paradela, Bragança
• Highest Point — Pico, Pico Island, Azores

Portugal (mainland)

• Northernmost Point — Melgaço, Viana do Castelo
• Southernmost Point — Cabo de Santa Maria, Algarve
• Westernmost Point — Cabo da Roca, Lisbon
• Easternmost Point — Paradela, Bragança
• Highest Point — Serra da Estrela
