Agrium Inc. Template:Nyse Template:Tsx is a Calgary, Alberta based producer and distributor of fertilizers and other agricultural products and services. It is the second largest nitrogen producer in the world with approximately three percent of the nitrogen market. It produces and markets four groups of fertilizers: nitrogen, phosphate, potash, and sulfur. It has 14 production facilities in North America and Argentina. It started operations in 1931 as Cominco Fertilizers Ltd.
