Thiagarjar College of Engineering is an engineering college in Tirupparamkunram, South Tamilnadu, a township near the city of Madurai, India.

It was established in 1957 by Karumuttu Thiagarajan Chettiar, with the aim of building educational institutions to promote growth of the region. There are now four main institutions bearing his name - Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Thiagarajar College of Arts, Thiagarajar School of Management and Thiagarajar College of Preceptors. These institutions are noted for their architecture and layout.

Thiagarjar College of Engineering includes a library and an auditorium. The college claims placement levels of 80% in the fields of computer science and electrical, electronics and communications engineering. However, the number of students pursuing higher studies is fairly low for an institution of this size.

The college has a strict discipliniary code, governing student behaviour and dress.
