• Do Not Resuscitate, medical instruction
• Dynamic Noise Reduction, proprietary brand of noise reduction system, used on sources such as magnetic tape and cassettes; often mistaken for Dolby Noise Reduction
• Radio DNR Luxembourg, Luxembourg radio station ("Den Neie Radio")
• DNR Industries Limited, Canadian manufacturer and supplier of hardware to coach builders
• Daily News Record, a magazine about men's wear and business.
