Flying Scotsman

There are three associations of the term Flying Scotsman in the British railway system:

• The LNER steam locomotive no. 4472 "Flying Scotsman".

• The named passenger service "The Flying Scotsman" from London King's Cross station to Edinburgh Waverley station.

• The Flying Scotsman now appears in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends episodes.
