Environment 2004 is a group organized by Frank Loy, a former Clinton administration State Department official to "harness outrage about George W. Bush's stances on issues like logging, global warming and drilling in Alaska and the Rocky Mountains" among environmentalist voters in the U.S. Loy hopes to "sway millions" in several states., and " among other things.
Former Clinton administration Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt and EPA chief Carol Browner are on the board of directors.
