The York Guardian is a Metroland newspaper that publishes weekly on Fridays.
First publishing on September 8, 1996, they serve what they deem to be "Canada's most diverse community". Forty-thousand copies of the paper are printed each week, 30,000 of which are delivered direct to homes. It has a tabloid format.
