Operation Joint Forge was the name given to the operations of the NATO "Follow-On Force" in Bosnia beginning on 20 June, 1998 and ending on December 2 2004.
This slightly smaller force replaced the Stabilization Force (SFOR) which tried to bring peace to the region under the rubric Operation Joint Guard.
