A procurator is the incumbent of any of several current and historical political or legal offices:
- Promagistrate - a number of different magistrates appointed in the Roman Republic by the Roman Senate;
- Procurator fiscal - the local public prosecutor in Scotland;
- Procurator to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland - chief counsel to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland;
- Procurator - any number of historical officers charged with representing individuals and groups in legislative assemblies or courts of law;
