Map of USA, AK and HI pasted together from Census Tiger Server generated maps (thus public domain) and converted to PNG using an editing program. To get all three regions together, I had to paste a few overlapping regions together. The scale for all elements should be the same.
This map may be available for use for any purpose where the US, Alaska and Hawaii should all be displayed.
