Carleton Sheets (name often misspelled as "Carlton") (born August 25, 1939) is head of the Professional Education Institute. The group uses infomercials to sell real estate investing literature, audio, and video to beginners.
Sheets claims that beginners (even those with bad credit) can purchase property for "no money down." He has degrees in business, psychology, and speech from Ohio Wesleyan University (1961).
