Several ships of the Royal Navy have been named HMS Meteor after the meteor, a space object.
- Meteor was an early 19th-century bomb vessel, originally built as a merchant vessel. She took part in the War of 1812 with the USA.
- Meteor launched in 1823 - a bomb vessel, later a survey ship
- Meteor launched in 1855 - a floating battery that took part in the Crimean War
- Meteor (G74) - an M class destroyer of the Second World War
