The press gallery is the part of a parliament where journalists are allowed to sit or gather to observe and then report speeches and events. This is generally one of the galleries overlooking the floor of the house. The term has also come to describe the group of journalists who cover parliament and sit in the gallery.

In the United States this group is referred to as the press corps.de:Press gallery
