Heathmont, Victoria

Heathmont is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Maroondah.

Heathmont has two tennis clubs, Heathmont Tennis Club and Parker Reserve. Other sporting facilites include a baseball club, a lawn bowls club, and a football club. There is a Scout Group, 2nd Maroondah.

Heathmont is a nice healthy suburb with lots of leafy trees. It has above average public transport, with its own train station. The Council is located near the Karralyka Building, and a Hungry Jack's. The Heathmont Shopping Centre is adequate, providing a baker and a few hair dressers, a good supermarket, a video shop, and many other stores. There is also one primary school and one secondary college.
