LYaPAS (Cyrillic spelling of the name is "ЛЯПАС") is a programming language and system for implementing synthesis and discrete algorithms.
It was created by Arkady D. Zakrevskij of the BSSR Academy of Sciences. LYaPAS stands for "Logical Language for the Representation of Synthesis Algorithms" and it was implemented on the "URAL-1" computer.
