Template:Politics of Tokelau Neil Douglas Walter (born 1942) is the Administrator of Tokelau, a territory of New Zealand, since March 1 2003. He had previously occupied that post from February 1988 until 1990. In 2002, he was Secretary of New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
