Cáceres is an important city in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso. It lies on the River Paraguai. Cattle ranching and fishing are the two most important economic activities of the city, and it is a popular tourist attraction during Festival Internacional de Pesca (The International Festival of Fishes).
