Volvo XC50

The XC50 crossover will debut in mid 2007. Volvo plans for a 165-hp and 218-hp five-cylinder engines but will also offer a transversely mounted, ultra-compact straight-six. The XC50 will be built on the global C1+ platform along with the Ford Mondeo and the next-generation Land Rover Freelander.
