Unquestionable Presence is the second album by the death metal band Atheist. It was released in 1991 and it added a new and fresh sound by using jazz harmonies, odd time signatures and much more. It is considered a landmark album in the genres of technical death metal and jazz-fusion death metal, and is often mentioned alongside the classic album Focus by fellow Floridian jazz-death metallers Cynic.
