Omicron Persei VIII

Omicron Persei VIII is the fictional home world of Lrrr, a character from the animated series Futurama. It is a habitable planet orbiting the star Omicron Persei, also known as Atik. Its distance to Earth is 1000 light years (allowing them to view 21st century TV shows). It is home to the sentient species known as Omicronians. It is ruled by Lrrr and his wife Ndnd.

The system is in the Perseus constellation, and is the 15th brightest star in the constellation as seen from Earth (Omicron being the 15th letter in the Greek alphabet), has at least 12 planets. Common sayings used on Omicron Persei VIII include "Women are from Omicron Persei VII; men are from Omicron Persei IX" and "One of these days, bang, zoom, straight to the third moon of Omicron Persei VIII!" They also dislike candy hearts and the word "wuv" confuses and infuriates them.
