Anne of Bohemia (July 11, 1366 – June 7, 1394) was a daughter of Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor, King of Bohemia and Elisabeth of Pomerania. She was also the first Queen consort of Richard II of England,
She and Richard were married in Westminster Abbey on 22 January, 1383. They had no children. Anne's death, from plague, twelve years later, was a devastating blow to Richard, whose subsequent unwise conduct lost him the throne. She is buried at Westminster. She is said to have been a very kind person and popular with the people of England.
Richard married his second wife Isabella of Valois on 31 October, 1396.
