Bitmunk

Bitmunk describes itself as a legal, "copyright-aware" peer-to-peer distribution system for art and other material.

It includes a centralized listing service for works, and a built-in escrow service to provide security for clients and sellers. The escrow is performed by what are called Sales Verification Authorities (SVAs), which acts as the third party to hold the client's money and the server's file decryption key until both parties are satisfied.
