ALC

The ALC was a short-lived English automobile manufactured only in 1913. An 8hp twin-cylinder cyclecar, it sold complete for £100.


It's a short form of Alcohol, often used in German familiar language.


ALC also stands for Asynchronous Layered Coding, an internet protocol of the IETF specified in RFC 3450 and described as a massively scalable reliable content delivery protocol.

ALC also stands for Automatic Limiting Control (a feature of power amplifiers).

ALC also stands for Air Logistics Center, a USAF military logistics organization.
