Ada Nicodemou

Ada Nicodemou (born May 14, 1977), is an Australian actress of Greek descent, known for her role as Leah Patterson Baker in the soap opera Home and Away.
Nicodemou first auditioned for a role in Home and Away at the age of 13, and although unsuccessful, this led to some employment as an extra. At the age of 15 she was cast as Katarina in Heartbreak High and established herself as one of the series most popular performers; although initially intended to be a 12-week stint, she played this role for three years.
After leaving Heartbreak High, Nicodemou completed her studies, and returned to acting with a role as Fiona in the series Breakers. She also played Dujour (the White Rabbit Girl) in The Matrix.
In 2000, she joined the cast of Home and Away, playing Leah Polous (later Patterson). Her character is Greek. This role led to nominations for a Gold Logie as Australia's most popular television performer at the TV Week Logie Awards of 2004 and 2005. In 2005, she won the final of Dancing with the Stars, based on the British program Strictly Come Dancing, in which celebrities from various fields are paired with champion dancers and compete in a ballroom dancing staged over several weeks.
Ada and Tammin Sursok had a fallout due to Danny Raco.
