Al Haynes, a retired United Airlines pilot, is highly regarded for his handling of the infamous Flight 232 crash in Sioux City, Iowa on July 19, 1989. He is a highly sought-after aviation safety and disaster speaker and has toured the nation presenting the events and situations manifested on that tragic day.
