Asikkala

Asikkala is a municipality of Finland. Its seat is in Vääksy.
It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Päijänne Tavastia region. The municipality has a population of 8,680 and covers an area of 756.2 km² of which 192.29 km² is water. The population density is 15.3 inhabitants per km².
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
