Autocunnilingus

Autocunnilingus is a sex act in which a woman performs oral sex on herself, a form of masturbation. It is the female counterpart to the male act, autofellatio.

While autofellatio is well-documented, autocunnilingus would necessarily be more difficult to perform than autofellatio, since the female genitalia are a greater distance from the mouth than the head of an erect penis, and is similarly unaided by having larger than average genitalia (which is common in autofellatio).

The capability to perform what contortionists describe as an extreme frontbend would naturally be necessary in order to achieve this. Women are naturally more flexible than men and more often contortionists, so this may aid in counteracting the greater distance. While some may claim that a woman's breast size would counteract her natural flexible advantages by impeding progress by pressing against the back of the thigh, this would only apply to very well endowed women (uncommon, most contortionists lack the body fat, which impedes other areas of contortion as well) or those with large breast implants.

Possibility

There is much dispute as to whether autocunnilingus is possible. Numerous sources say that it is possible but very rare, Template:Fact but others doubt that it can be done, noting a lack of citable and provable evidence. The most extreme generally-available images of contortionists performing frontbends do not appear to depict the head and genitalia close enough to perform autocunnilingus, so a woman who was capable of autocunnilingus would also be capable of exceeding the generally-known feats of contortionists.

The strongest evidence for the non-existence of autocunnilingus is the apparent failure of the pornography industry to produce images of it en masse, even though there is evidence of substantial interest in pornography depicting contortionists performing sexual acts. Unlike the large number of images available depicting autofellatio, the few images which claim to depict autocunnilingus appear to be either ambiguous or to be photo-manipulations. Template:Fact

In spite of this absence of unambiguous citable evidence, given the wide range of human variation, it is impossible to logically rule out the possibility that some women may be capable of autocunnilingus—the difference between the flexibility needed to perform an extreme frontbend of the type that is known to be possible and that needed for autocunnilingus is only one of degree.
