BabasChess

BabasChess is a free Windows interface for Internet Chess Servers. It currently supports the Free Internet Chess Server and the Blitz Chess Club. It is currently usable and in active development. Some of its features include embedding sounds, bitmapped and vector pieces, multiple board windows, and login scripts.

History

Development began on August 6, 2003. The first beta version, 1.0, was released on December 10, 2003. The first final version, 2.0, was released on May 6, 2004. As of January 2006, the current release version is 3.6 build 8364.
