Lingewaard

Image:Ltspkr.pngLingewaard is a municipality in the eastern Netherlands. It is located in the most eastern part of the Betuwe. The municipality has the following population centres:
"Lingewaard" itself is not the name of one of them. The municipality lies in the proximity of Arnhem, Nijmegen and Elst, where most inhabitants work.

Gendt
Gendt is located on the river Waal, about 5 km northeast of the city of Nijmegen. It received city rights in 1233.
Huissen
Huissen was first mentioned in 814 as 'Hosenheim'. It received city rights in 1348. The city was part of the Duchy of Cleves and became Dutch in 1815.
Angeren
Angeren is a small town with approx. 3000 inhabitants. It is located 2 km to the south of Huissen.
