Conception Junction is a city located in Nodaway County, Missouri, near the Platte River. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 202.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there were 202 people, 83 households, and 55 families residing in the town. The population density was 251.6/km² (644.4/mi²). There were 94 housing units at an average density of 117.1/km² (299.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.03% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.97% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 83 households out of which 33.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.4% were married couples living together, 9.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.7% were non-families. 32.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 22.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 3.05.
In the town the population was spread out with 27.7% under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 21.3% from 45 to 64, and 18.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 104.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 105.6 males.
