Criollo

Criollo is a Spanish term (feminine criolla, plural criollos/criollas) which may refer to:
- The Spanish Criollo peoples, a caste in the Spanish colonial caste system.
- Any Creole peoples in Spanish-speaking regions, or former Spanish colonies.
- Any creole languages that is Spanish-based, or is spoken in Spanish-speaking regions.
- The Criollo cultivar of cacao.
- Criollo (horse), a South American horse breed.
