Derek Armstrong

Derek Armstrong (born April 23 1973 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is a professional Ice Hockey center in the NHL, playing for the Los Angeles Kings.
Armstrong played his last season for Los Angeles, and has also played for the New York Islanders, Ottawa Senators, and the New York Rangers. He was drafted by the Islanders in the 6th round, 128th overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. His best season was 2002-03 when he had 38 points.
So far in the 2005-06 season, Armstrong has totaled 9 goals, 12 assists and 21 points in 30 games, to go along with 24 penalty minutes.
