Dooh Nibor
From Free net encyclopedia
Dooh Nibor is the reverse of Robin Hood, who, according to English folk tales, was an outlaw that "stole from the rich to give to the poor."
Unlike Uncle Sam or Santa Claus, Dooh Nibor is not a well-defined fictitious person. It has nothing but a name, and was used only to describe a government or politician that legally "stole from the poor to give to the rich."
