Image:Sõita rongiga Eestiss.jpg Edelaraudtee (Southwestern railway) is an Estonian railway company. Founded in 1997, it owns the lines from Tallinn to Pärnu and Viljandi, over which it runs both freight and passenger trains. Edelaraudtee also operates the passenger services from Tallinn to Narva, Orava, and Valga over lines belonging to freight operator Eesti Raudtee. British railway company GB Railways acquired Edelaraudtee in 2000.
Freight operations are handled by Czech-built ChME3 diesel shunters, while passenger services are provided by around twenty DR1A and DR1B diesel multiple units.
