Edward Fitzsimmons Dunne

Edward Fitzsimmons Dunne (October 12, 1853–May 24, 1937) was an American politician. Born in 1853 in Watertown, Connecticut, a Democrat, he was inaugurated as the 31st mayor of Chicago on April 5, 1905; he served until 1907. He was the governor of Illinois from 1913 to 1917. He died in 1937 in Chicago, Illinois.
