Elizabeth is a city located in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 172.

Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there were 172 people, 72 households, and 42 families residing in the city. The population density was 184.5/km² (473.5/mi²). There were 85 housing units at an average density of 91.2/km² (234.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.26% White, 0.00% African American, 1.16% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.58% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 72 households out of which 31.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.2% were married couples living together, 9.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.3% were non-families. 30.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.39 and the average family size was 3.05.
