Eric Baumann

Eric Baumann (born March 21 1980, Rostock, Germany) is a professional road bicycle racer since 2003. Before that he rode in small cycling teams such as Köstritzer and Wiesenhof. In January 2003 he joined T-Mobile Team - but has yet won no major races.

His career successes so far in his career have been winner of the Paris-Roubaix (U23) in 2000, second place at European Championships (U23) in 2001, German Champion (U23) in 2002, a stage win at the Tour of Solidarnosc (Poland) in 2003, second place at the Ronde van Drenthe in 2003, and second place at the GP Gendringen in 2003.

He currently lives in Leipzig.
