F.C. Dallas

Template:MLS team FC Dallas is an American soccer club based in Dallas, Texas that participates in Major League Soccer. The club was known as the Dallas Burn from 1996 to 2004. The initials "FC" stand for Football Club. In August 2005, the club moved into Pizza Hut Park, a soccer-specific stadium in the northern suburb of Frisco. Before then, it had played at the Cotton Bowl since their inception except in 2003, which was spent at Dragon Stadium in Southlake.
Since 2001, the club and the Chicago Fire have played for the Brimstone Cup, which goes to the team that wins the season series between the two teams. They may also develop a rivalry with Houston Dynamo.
They are also known as The Hoops.
