Femforce

Image:Ff64.jpgFemforce is a comic book published by A.C. Comics, drawn by (amongst others) Bill Black, Stephanie Sanderson and Mark Heike. Since the early 1990s, the storylines have followed a group of female superheroes, some of whom are original creations, while others are borrowed from the "Golden Age" comics of the 1940s and '50s. Femforce itself is the "Federal Emergency Missions Force", led by Miss Victory and her (mostly) paranormal colleagues. Some regular characters are listed below, together with their primary "super powers":
- Miss Victory (later Ms. Victory) Real Name: Joan Wayne, Powers: Superhuman strength, flight, invulnerability.
- Nightveil Real Name: Laura Wright, Powers: Sorcery, flight, dimensional travel.
- Synn Real name: Silva Synn, Powers: Illusions, flight, matter manipulation.
- She Cat Real name: Jessica Hunt, Powers: Enhanced strength with advanced agility and reflexes.
- Tara Real name: Tara Fremont, Powers: Size changing, ability to communicate with animals.
- Dragonfly Real name: Nancy Azzarello, Powers: Superhuman strength, telekinesis, flight.
- Garganta Real name: Carol Heisler, Powers: Size-changing, telepathy.
- Rayda Real name: Dyna Morisi, Powers: Electrical super-powers, enhanced reflexes.
- Stardust Real name: Dr. Mara, Powers: Flight, superhuman strength, project energy bolts.
- Colt Real name: Valencia Kirk, Powers: Espionage, weapons technology.
- Yankee Girl Real name: Lauren Mason, Powers: Flight, superhuman strength, invulnerability
- Ms. Victory II Real name: Jennifer (Wayne) Burke, daughter of the original Ms. Victory, Joan Wayne
