Ferodo

Although Ferodo sounds Italian, it is a British company.

Founded in England in 1897 by Herbert Frood, Ferodo has been a world leading company dedicated to the design and manufacture of friction products, especially braking materials.

Ferodo UK is part of Federal-Mogul Aftermarket UK Limited, a subsidiary of the huge automotive group Federal-Mogul.

In addition, they are famous on having the Ferodo brand name printed on British rail bridges - usually over main roads - with no other identification of what the brand/name is.
