Filothei (Greek: Φιλοθέη) is a green, affluent suburb of Athens, Greece, consisting mainly of hillside villas with reasonably close proximity to the Olympic Stadium.
The area is home to many of Athens' foreign residents, especially those employed in diplomatic capacities.
