Flextronics International Ltd. Template:Nasdaq, based in Singapore, is one of the worlds largest Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies. It is focused on delivering operational services to technology companies, and makes everything from printed circuit boards to cell phones for a variety of high-tech clients such as Cisco Systems, Lucent, Nortel and Ericsson.

Flextronics has design, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics operations in 32 countries and five continents. It's revenues for the 2005 fiscal year was USD$15.9 billion.

In 2005 Flextronics acquired Hughes Software systems along with other Indian Companies like Emuzed,Deccanet Designs and futuresoft.

Flextronics recently sold its Network Services And Semiconductor Business to Telavie and AMI Semiconductor respectively.

On January 2006 Flextronics Conglomerate CEO Michael Marks resigns his post. His Legacy will be difficult to keep up in bringing Flextronics a growth rate of more that 1000% over his tenure. He will be replaced by Mike McNamara.
