It is used in the following vehicles:

- 2004 Mercury Monterey

An updated version based on the Ford CD3 platform will debut in 2009.
It will be used for the following vehicles:
- 2009 Ford Freestar (code name V229)
- 2009 Mercury Monterey (code name V229)
