Fort Washington is the name of several places in the United States of America.

- A neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City (named for the fortress above mentioned). The neighborhood is better known as Washington Heights.
- A former frontier outpost at Cincinnati, Ohio
- Fort Washington, a still-extant earthworks fortification in Cambridge, Massachusetts dating from the Siege of Boston.
There is also a Fort Washington in Guyana.
These should not be confused with places named Port Washington.
