Framlingham

Template:Infobox England place with map Framlingham is a market town in East Suffolk, England. It is of Anglo-Saxon origin and is mentioned in the Domesday Book. Framlingham has a conservation area. A man from Framlingham who went to America named a town, Framingham, Massachusetts, after here. The reason the letter L was dropped is still today unknown. Nearby villages include Cratfield.
The town is home to Framlingham Castle, the independent school Framlingham College and St Michael the Archangel church.
